ISO certificate for the Nursing

Dr. Günther Schreiber, Auditor of the Austrian Association for the certification of quality and management systems (ÖQS), together with Mrs. Gertrude Helfrich, specialist expert care, all procedures in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 standard review.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard establishes standards for the structuring of the entire organization - the risks can be efficiently collected and the susceptibility to errors are minimized. For example, the already very high level of satisfaction of patients from an average of 95% by continuous surveys evaluated to meet the high standard to be able to receive and even better. The experts were in November 2006, the prescribed quality improvement process with excellent results confirm.

As early as 2003, the Vienna Private Clinic, the first clinic in Vienna, the certified nursing successfully. 2004 and 2005 followed by two surveillance audits, which also could be completed perfectly. The Re-Re and the independent testing laboratory of ÖQS is a confirmation that the Vienna Private Clinic is on the right track.
